iPlanBetter Terms of Service

1. Who may use iPlanBetter

You may use iPlanBetter if:

• You are at least 18 years old;
• You are a Flowers Foods independent distributor (or an authorized employee of one) with a legitimate iPlan / Workcloud account; and
• Your use of iPlan does not violate your distributor agreement with Flowers Foods.

You are responsible for everything done under your iPlanBetter account. Don't share your password or credentials.

2. Beta program

We aim for the extension to behave correctly, but during beta there is no service-level commitment. Always verify your orders in iPlan before relying on them.

3. Relationship to Flowers Foods and Antuit

iPlanBetter is an independent third-party tool. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with Flowers Foods, Antuit, or Zebra Technologies. iPlan and Workcloud are products of those companies; iPlanBetter is not.

You are responsible for ensuring your use of iPlanBetter is consistent with any agreements you have with Flowers Foods or your bakery. If your bakery prohibits browser automation, do not use iPlanBetter.

4. Your license to use iPlanBetter

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use iPlanBetter for your own distributor operations.

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the compiled extension or backend
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute iPlanBetter
• Use iPlanBetter to commit fraud, defraud Flowers Foods or your bakery, or violate any law
• Probe, attack, or attempt to overload our backend
• Use iPlanBetter from an account you do not own or are not authorized to use
• Share your account, license key, or token balance with another distributor

Violation may result in account termination without refund.

5. Tokens and payments

iPlanBetter uses a token-based usage model. Each cell edit and each save action consumes tokens; full pricing is in the extension. You may purchase token packs through Stripe.

Refunds: Token purchases are non-refundable except where required by law. If a billing error occurs, contact us within 30 days and we'll investigate.

Token expiration: Tokens do not expire while your account is active. If your account is terminated for cause, unused tokens are forfeit.

Beta credits: Tokens granted during beta are promotional and may be revoked at any time.

Pricing changes: We may change token pack prices going forward. Pricing changes do not affect tokens already purchased.

6. Privacy

Your data is handled per our Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

iPlanBetter is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that:

• iPlanBetter will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Orders sent through iPlanBetter will be delivered to iPlan exactly as intended in every case
• Any specific outcome — sales, returns, or stales — will result from using iPlanBetter

Always verify your orders in iPlan before relying on them. iPlanBetter is a productivity tool, not a substitute for your own judgment as a distributor.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DistributorBooks and its operators are not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Lost sales, lost profits, lost stales credit, or product overage
• Damages arising from incorrect orders, delivery shortfalls, or disputes with your bakery or Flowers Foods

Our total cumulative liability for any claim relating to iPlanBetter is capped at the greater of (a) the total amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) $50.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DistributorBooks from any claim arising out of your use of iPlanBetter in violation of these terms, your distributor agreement, or applicable law.

10. Termination

You may stop using iPlanBetter at any time. To delete your account, use the in-extension Settings or email us.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, attack our service, or use the extension for fraud. We will give you reasonable notice unless the violation is severe.

11. Changes to these terms

If we make a material change to these terms, we'll notify you in the extension or by email at least 14 days before it takes effect. Continued use after the effective date counts as acceptance.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

Disputes may be brought in any court of competent jurisdiction. We do not require you to litigate in Georgia.
