Once you have the link from your email, click it to download the zip, then unzip it. You should see a folder called iplanbetter-beta with files inside. Remember where you saved it — you'll need it in Step 2.

Install in your browser
Open Chrome
Click the three dots menu (top-right corner)
Hover over Extensions
Click Manage Extensions
Turn on Developer mode (toggle in the top-right corner)
Click Load unpacked
Select the iplanbetter-beta folder you unzipped
The extension is now installed
Open Edge
Click the three dots menu (top-right corner)
Click Extensions
Click Manage Extensions
Turn on Developer mode (toggle in the left sidebar)
Click Load unpacked
Select the iplanbetter-beta folder you unzipped
The extension is now installed
Tip: If your browser warns about loading an unpacked extension, that's normal for beta software. The extension only runs on iPlan / Workcloud pages.

Sign in
Open iPlan Predictive Ordering in your browser
Click the iPlanBetter Beta icon in your browser toolbar (you may need to click the puzzle-piece icon to find it)
Sign in using the same email address you registered with — the address on your beta-approval email. You can use either Sign in with Google or email code; just make sure the address matches. Sign-in will fail with any other email.
Once signed in, the action buttons will be available in the side panel
How to use
Navigate to the Territory by Material page in iPlan, then click Clear Orders
Navigate to the Customer by Materials page, then click Copy Last Week — This Customer or Copy Last Week — All Customers
The tool shows live progress and a count of cells changed when finished
Click Stop at any time to halt the action
Reminder: Always verify your orders in iPlan before relying on them. iPlanBetter is a productivity tool, not a substitute for your own judgment.
