These terms govern your use of DistributorBooks, an all-in-one business platform operated by DistributorBooks LLC for independent bread and snack delivery route distributors. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.
To use DistributorBooks, you must:
You are responsible for all activity under your account. Do not share your login credentials with anyone outside your authorized staff. You may grant access to employees through the built-in role-based staff management system.
DistributorBooks provides business analytics, route management, staff management, expense tracking, and financial reporting tools for independent distributors. Features include:
Features may be added, modified, or removed as the platform evolves. We will notify you of material changes that affect your use of the service.
DistributorBooks is an independent third-party tool. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Flowers Foods, Inc. or any of its subsidiaries. DistributorBooks processes data that you provide or authorize us to import. Your use of DistributorBooks does not affect your relationship with Flowers Foods or any bakery.
You own your data. All business data you enter or import into DistributorBooks — routes, expenses, staff records, financial figures — belongs to you. We do not sell, share, or use your data for any purpose other than providing the service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter. DistributorBooks calculates KPIs based on the data provided — if the input data is incorrect, the calculated metrics will reflect that.

You should always verify critical business numbers against your official Flowers Foods statements. DistributorBooks is a tool to help you understand your business — it is not a substitute for professional accounting advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DistributorBooks LLC’s total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the greater of: (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) $50.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DistributorBooks LLC, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third party’s rights.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account or by contacting us. We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these terms.
Upon cancellation, your data is retained for 30 days in case you reactivate. After 30 days, your data is permanently deleted as described in our Privacy Policy.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we will notify you by email at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Continued use of DistributorBooks after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions.
